Working for more than two decades as an x-ray technician, Maureen Pettengill suddenly found herself without a job. She took this as a perfect opportunity to go back to college and explore a new career in Early Childhood Education. She did her externship at a school working with 3-5 year olds. When she interviewed for a position there, she got it. Her Kaplan University degree made all the difference.

Early Childhood Education graduate, Tatiana Pelletier, first discovered her calling when she visited a preschool classroom. She pursued that calling by enrolling in Kaplan University, where she was delighted to be treated like a person—not a “number”.
